Promoting Child Safety: A Fruitful Session on World Health Day
On the occasion of World Health Day, Gajera International School, Utran, orchestrated an enlightening session focused on child safety. Esteemed guests Mr. Krupesh Kumar Virani, Panel Advocate, and Kiritbhai Savaliya, PLV from Surat district Court, graced the event. Engaging with students from grades 9th to 12th, they delved into crucial discussions surrounding the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act and essential safety measures.
The session proved to be highly beneficial, fostering awareness and understanding among the learners. To further support their safety, the students were provided with important helpline numbers, ensuring they have access to assistance when needed.
As advocates for child welfare, such initiatives play a pivotal role in empowering our youth and creating a safer environment for them to thrive. GISu’s commitment to nurturing responsible and informed citizens is truly commendable, marking World Health Day with a meaningful step towards safeguarding our children.
