Guidelines to Parents / Guardians
Open House and Parent-Teacher Meetings are organized regularly by the school to establish effective communication and develop a strong partnership between parents, guardians, teachers, and the school.
Communication & Acknowledgement
Parents are expected to check and promptly acknowledge all the messages, remarks and reports.
Updated Contact Information
A record of the addresses and contact numbers of parents/guardian is maintained in the school office and in case of any change it is the parents’ duty to inform it without delay.
School Visit & Appointments
Parents/guardians are strictly advised not to visit their wards or educators in their classrooms. They are required to have prior permission/appointment to visit or meet anyone in the institution.
PEM Attendance
It is mandatory for the parents to attend their wards’ PEM about which they will be informed well in advance.
Mobile Phone Etiquette
Parents are requested to switch off their mobiles during their visit to the school campus especially within school hours.
Health & Medical Information
If the child has any major health problem or has any specific allergy, fear or phobia and if there is any such information which is related to the child’s health and well-being, it has to be put on record in the school diary. Also provide relevant medical reports in support of the same.
Meetings with Educators
If the educator has called the parent/guardian for discussions concerning the child, they need to respond promptly and in person. Parents/Guardian are required to attend the meeting personally. Educators will not meet or discuss matters with any representative sent by them.
Co-operation & Discipline
Parents/Guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by enforcing regularity and discipline.
