The school proudly celebrated the 80th Independence Day with great enthusiasm, patriotism, and pride. The celebration was graced by the presence of honourable guests, whose esteemed presence added dignity to the occasion. The guests were warmly welcomed by our respected Trustee, followed by the ceremonial flag hoisting, as the National Flag soared high amidst an atmosphere filled with patriotic spirit.
The celebration continued with an impressive NCC Parade, showcasing discipline, dedication, and national pride. The honourable guests were felicitated as a mark of respect and gratitude for their valuable presence. Their inspiring words encouraged the students to become responsible citizens and contribute positively to the progress of our nation.
The programme also featured a meaningful speech by the students, reflecting their love for the nation and the values of freedom, unity, and responsibility. The Principal addressed the gathering and inspired everyone to uphold the ideals of our freedom fighters and work towards building a stronger and more progressive India. The spirit of the occasion was beautifully captured in the Sanskrit shloka: “संगच्छध्वं संवदध्वं सं वो मनांसि जानताम्” — “Let us move together, speak together, and let our minds be united.” The shloka beautifully symbolised the values of unity, harmony, and collective progress.
The celebration concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to the honourable guests, management, educators, students, and everyone who contributed to making the occasion memorable. The programme served as a beautiful reminder that independence is not only a celebration of freedom but also a commitment to unity, responsibility, and service to the nation.
