Admission Process at Gajera International School, Utran

Dear Parents,

We’re here to help you navigate the admission process smoothly. Here’s what you need to know:

Step 1: Visit Our Campus

  • Meet our team at the admission office where our counselor will explain:
      • Fee structure
      • Payment options
      • Required documentation
  • Take a tour of our facilities and infrastructure
  • Learn about our values, culture, and educational approach 

Step 2: Entrance Test and Interaction

  • Your child will take an entrance test to assess their readiness for the grade
  • You’ll have a personal interaction with our school principal for final confirmation

Step 3: Apply for Admission

  • If your child is accepted, you’ll need to:
      • Fill out the admission form within 2-3 days
      • Pay the term fees
      • Submit all necessary documents

Admission Eligibility

  • To be eligible for Grade I, children must be between 6 and 7 years old as of June 1st of the application year, as per CBSE norms. For our Early Years Program, the minimum age requirement is 3 years, with the cutoff date being June 1st of the application year.

Mandatory Documents Required

Pre-Primary to Grade XII

  • Original Birth Certificate / Original Transfer Certificate (Countersigned if from other Board) along with a photocopy
  • Photocopy of the Aadhar card of both the learner and parents
  • Photocopy of Address Proof.
  • Copy of previous school Marksheet, if any
  • No dues certificate
  • One passport size photo of the learner
  • One passport size photo of each of the parents
  • Photocopy of bank details of the learner and the parents
  • Photocopy of the passport details of the learner, if available
  • Photocopy of Transfer Certificate of the father in case of admission in pre-primary
