Tiny Steps, Big Cheers: A Joyful Celebration of Sportsmanship
The Annual Sports Meet for our Pre-Primary section and Grades 1 & 2 was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 29th and 30th December 2025, filling the campus with energy, smiles, and cheerful applause. The event began on 29th December with a vibrant opening ceremony that set the tone for two exciting days.
The ceremony commenced with the Principal’s inspiring address, followed by a disciplined march past and a symbolic torch-lighting ceremony, reflecting the true spirit of sportsmanship. To prepare our young athletes, a lively Yoga Clap warm-up was conducted, instantly energising the children and adding fun to fitness.
The highlight of the day was the series of age-appropriate and creatively designed races. Pre-Primary students delighted everyone with the Bunny Race, hopping adorably with rabbit crowns while collecting carrots, along with Hurdle and Cone Races that tested their balance, coordination, and speed. For Grades 1 and 2, competitive events like the 30-metre race, Standing Broad Jump, and Medicine Ball Throw showcased strength, agility, and confidence.
The event concluded on a proud note as winners were awarded medals, celebrating not just victory but participation, effort, and teamwork. The Annual Sports Meet was truly a joyful learning experience—where tiny steps led to big cheers and lasting memories.
