🌺 Navratri Mahotsav 2026: Celebrating Tradition, Talent and Togetherness! 🌺

“Tiny steps, vibrant traditions, hearts full of devotion, and countless Garba beats—Navratri brings every generation together!”

Gajera International School, Utran, celebrated the vibrant festival of Navratri with immense enthusiasm, devotion, and festive splendour on 16th October 2026. The school campus transformed into a colourful celebration of Indian culture as our little learners, young students, and senior students arrived in beautiful traditional attire. From graceful chaniya cholis to vibrant kediyus, the festive outfits reflected the richness of our cultural heritage and filled the atmosphere with joy, excitement, and traditional charm.

The celebration commenced with a sacred Aarti to Maa Ambe, seeking the blessings of the Goddess for happiness, prosperity, and well-being. The devotional beginning reminded students of the spiritual significance of Navratri and nurtured values of faith, gratitude, and respect for Indian traditions. The presence of parents alongside their children added warmth to the occasion, strengthening the bond between home and school and making the celebration a memorable experience for the entire school community.

Adding colour and excitement to the festivities, the school organised the Best Traditional Dress Competition and the Best Khelaiya Competition for the young participants. The children confidently showcased their vibrant ethnic attire, while the enthusiastic khelaiyas impressed everyone with their energy, charm, and festive spirit. The competitions provided a wonderful platform for self-expression, confidence-building, and appreciation of India’s rich cultural diversity. As the rhythmic beats of Garba filled the campus, students danced with infectious enthusiasm, creating an atmosphere of happiness, unity, and celebration across all age groups.

The Navratri Mahotsav concluded as a beautiful blend of devotion, culture, talent, and togetherness, leaving everyone with cherished memories and joyful hearts. The celebration went beyond festive fun, inspiring students to value their roots, embrace traditions, and celebrate the spirit of unity. At Gajera International School, Utran, Navratri became a vibrant reminder that our traditions connect generations and bring people closer through shared joy and cultural pride.

“One tradition, countless colours, one rhythm, and a thousand smiles—celebrating our roots, dancing as one!”
